Dear Deepa Mausi,
We miss dearest Anuj so immensely. With so much joy he reaches for the sky, stretching as tall as the cactus. For all of us, he will always stand tall because he stood out amongst us all. Anuj, we will always look up to you.

I love this pic of Anuj. It shows his whimsical side. While I think he enjoyed laughing along with family and friends when they were hamming it up, he, too, had a playful side.
A case in point: Anuj is the one who suggested that we send Kapil an e-card of a talking monkey to wish him well during his finals. I remember that when it came time to put names in the sender field, he wrote Neal and my name before his own even though it was entirely his idea. Anuj was the most modest person I've ever known. He was a class act in every way.
Our dear Anuj, we miss you so much.
